These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Sound Clash Events website, event pages, booking forms, ticket pages, and related digital services. By using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
1. About Sound Clash Events
Sound Clash Events promotes and operates music events, including club nights, DJ events, live performances, guest lists, table bookings, VIP experiences, and related events.
These Terms apply to your use of the website. Separate terms may apply when you purchase a ticket, join a guest list, book a table, or attend an event. Those terms include our Booking & Ticket Policy, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and any event-specific conditions shown at checkout or on the event page.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to make a booking or purchase tickets through this website, unless a specific event is clearly advertised for a younger age group.
By using the website, you confirm that:
- You are legally able to enter into binding contracts;
- All information you provide is accurate and complete;
- You will not use the website for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful purposes;
- You will comply with all applicable laws and event or venue rules.
3. Website access
We aim to keep the website available and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
We may suspend, withdraw, change, or restrict any part of the website without notice, including for maintenance, security, technical issues, or business reasons.
We are not responsible for any loss caused by website downtime, failed bookings, interrupted access, or technical errors, except where required by law.
4. Accounts and bookings
Where the website allows you to create an account, join a mailing list, book tickets, or register for a guest list:
- You must provide accurate information.
- You are responsible for keeping your login details, password, and booking confirmation secure.
- You must not share your account or ticket QR code with others unless expressly permitted.
- You must not create multiple accounts to abuse offers, bypass ticket limits, or circumvent booking restrictions.
- We may suspend or cancel accounts used for fraud, resale, abuse, or breach of these Terms.
A booking is only confirmed once we have received payment or issued an official confirmation, depending on the booking type.
5. Tickets, guest lists and table bookings
Tickets, guest-list places, table bookings, and VIP packages are subject to availability and our separate booking, refund, and event-entry policies.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Tickets and guest-list places are personal to the named attendee.
- They may not be resold, transferred, or used for commercial purposes without our written permission.
- We may cancel bookings or tickets obtained through unauthorised resale, bots, duplicate orders, fraud, or suspicious activity.
- Entry to an event is subject to venue capacity, security checks, ID checks, licensing conditions, and the venue’s admission policy.
6. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in GBP unless otherwise stated. We may change prices, ticket tiers, offers, or availability at any time before a booking is confirmed.
Payment details are processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card details on our website.
If a pricing or booking error occurs, we may contact you to confirm the correct price or cancel the affected booking and refund any payment taken.
7. Event information and changes
Event details, including dates, venues, lineups, DJs, artists, set times, support acts, age restrictions, and entry requirements, may change.
We do not guarantee that any named DJ, artist, performer, or support act will appear. Changes to individual performers or event programming do not automatically entitle you to a refund.
For cancellation, postponement, refund, and rescheduling rules, see our Refund Policy.
