Pre-order Policy

Effective 25 October 2026

Operator: The A17 Business Group Ltd. T/A Sound Clash Events

Contact: bookings@soundclashevents.com

This policy applies when you submit a pre-order (presale) request for a Sound Clash Events event through our website. By submitting a pre-order request, you agree to the terms below, together with our Booking & Ticket Policy, Refund Policy, Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

1. What a pre-order request is

  • A pre-order request registers your interest in buying tickets for a specific event before they go on general sale.
  • Submitting a request is free. No payment is taken and no ticket is issued when you submit it.
  • Your request only counts once you confirm your email address using the link we email you. Unconfirmed requests do not give presale access, and we do not add you to our mailing lists until you confirm.
  • A pre-order request is not a ticket, a booking, or a guarantee of entry. A booking is only confirmed once you have completed payment and received your ticket, as set out in our Booking & Ticket Policy.

2. The pre-order holder window

  • When tickets are released to pre-order holders, you will have a limited time to complete your purchase (the “pre-order holder window”).
  • The pre-order holder window is set separately for every event. The release time and the length of the window are shown on the event’s presale page and in the messages we send you.
  • During the window, you can buy the ticket type you requested, up to the number of tickets you requested, while tickets remain available.
  • You must buy using a Sound Clash Events account registered to the same email address you used for your pre-order request.

3. If you don’t buy within the window

If you submit a pre-order request and do not purchase your tickets within the pre-order holder window, your pre-order request will lapse and we will not hold tickets for you. Any remaining tickets will then be released for general sale, and you can still try to buy them at that point, subject to availability and the general sale price.

We are not responsible for missed release notifications, including messages filtered as spam or not received for technical reasons. Please keep an eye on the event page and the release time shown on the presale page.

4. Availability and limits

  • Presale tickets are limited and are sold on a first-come, first-served basis within the pre-order holder window. Submitting a request does not guarantee that tickets will be available.
  • You can request up to the maximum number of tickets per order for the chosen ticket type. Only one pre-order request is held per email address for each event; submitting again updates your existing request.
  • Ticket prices, ticket types and fees are those shown at the time you buy, which may differ from those shown when you submitted your request.
  • We may cancel pre-order requests that appear to be duplicates, use false details, or are made for resale or by automated means.

5. Age and entry requirements

Where an event is 18+, you must be 18 or over on the date of the event to submit a pre-order request and to buy tickets. All entry requirements in our Booking & Ticket Policy apply.

6. Newsletter subscription

Presale access is a benefit for Sound Clash Events subscribers. To submit a pre-order request, you agree to receive our email newsletter and SMS updates about events, presales and offers, including the release of the tickets you requested.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, by replying STOP to any SMS, or by contacting info@soundclashevents.com. If you unsubscribe before tickets are released, you may not receive your release notification, but your pre-order request will still apply for the pre-order holder window.

We handle your details as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Changes and cancellations

We may change the release time or the length of the pre-order holder window, or cancel a presale, where reasonably necessary (for example, if an event is rescheduled or cancelled). We will update the presale page and, where possible, contact pre-order holders. If an event is cancelled before you have bought tickets, your pre-order request simply ends; no payment will have been taken.
